  • Describe the issue and steps to reproduce it; mention expected vs actual behaviour.
  • For bugs or crashes, attach latest.log or a crash report if you can.
  • Security issue? Choose Security report above — it is addressed to security@herostudios.dev (tagged [Security]) and reviewed directly by the project owner of this single-operator studio; expect an acknowledgement within 7 days. Keep exploit detail out of public channels — never Discord, issue trackers or forums — and never include credentials. Prefer email? Write to security@herostudios.dev directly (PGP available on request).
  • Want custom work? Choose Custom commission / special project and include budget & timeline.
