Play in under a minute
Five steps from opening the page to building something. Full reference is in the documentation.
Open Hero Play1 · Open the hub
Go to herostudios.dev/play. There is nothing to install — it runs right here.
2 · Start playing
Press Start playing, then click the world. Your mouse locks and you are in.
3 · Move
WASD to walk, Space to jump, Ctrl to sprint, Shift to sneak.
4 · Build
Pick a block with 1–9 or the wheel. Left-click breaks, Right-click places. On a furnace, chest or bed, Right-click uses it instead — hold Shift to build on top of one.
5 · Dig and smelt
Caves hold coal and iron ore (iron needs a stone pickaxe). Drop ore and fuel into a furnace to make ingots and glass.
6 · Switch a pack
Click a pack in the hub — the running world restyles instantly, no reload.
Good to know
Esc releases the mouse, ~ switches to the console view, and your builds save automatically. Sleep in a bed to set your respawn point.
