Overview #
Creeper Eater: Ultra Hard is the standalone, uncompromising variant of Creeper Eater. Creepers detect you sooner, chase you relentlessly, and devour you faster — and the rules are hardcore. There is no difficulty slider for mercy; there is only survival.
Creeper Eater turned creepers into hunters. Ultra Hard removes every safety net: heightened detection, relentless pursuit, faster devours, and hardcore rules that make every mistake permanent. Built for players who finished Creeper Eater and asked for more.
Quick start #
- Install the Ultra Hard build for your Minecraft version (uhceu files).
- Do not mix these files with the standard Creeper Eater jar.
- Start a world knowing that every mistake may be your last.
- Survive — if you can.
Frequently asked questions #
How is this different from Creeper Eater?
Ultra Hard is a completely separate project: stricter AI, faster devours, hardcore enforcement, and no mercy tuning. Standard Creeper Eater is the more forgiving entry point.
Is there a difficulty option?
Ultra Hard is tuned to a single ruthless curve. Fine-tuning lives in the JSON5 config, but there is no 'easy'.
Can I use both mods together?
No — they are separate projects with separate builds. Pick one per world.
Which versions are supported?
1.21.1 through 1.21.11, plus experimental 26.x builds.
