Install CraftPilot #
Open CraftPilot from the platform it targets — it is not a Minecraft mod, so the generic install guide below doesn't apply (see its product page for what it runs on).
- Request access through the developer portal — public release is coming; the internal alpha covers Windows, macOS, Linux and Android builds.
- Sign in (or use the free tier — Free, Premium $4.99/mo and Premium Pro $9.99/mo are planned).
- Ask the AI chat assistant anything about Minecraft — six models, with build planning and design generation.
- Use the build planner, redstone engineer and knowledge search for designing projects.
- Run the world analyser, screenshot analyser, material calculator and structure generator on your worlds.
- Generate commands and datapacks, and consult the game advisors (survival, speedrun, PvP, enchanting, potion, farming, trading).
- Upgrade for premium features and cloud sync when the tiers open.

Status — in development (alpha)
CraftPilot is **in development (alpha)** — the companion app and its AI tools are not released yet. Download access will open through the developer portal. The internal alpha covers AI chat across six models, the build planner, redstone engineer, knowledge search, screenshot/world analysers, material calculators and structure generators on Windows, macOS, Linux and Android.
- Planned tiers: Free, Premium ($4.99/mo), Premium Pro ($9.99/mo).
- Cross-platform with cloud sync and offline cache — both planned.
- Companion tools operate on knowledge and planning, not live game state.

Configure #
Settings live in the config folder (JSON5 files you can edit by hand) and, where available, in the in-game settings screen the mod adds. The exact keys and keybinds are listed in the documentation and the FAQ below.
Tips for CraftPilot #
- Keep CraftPilot on the version range shown on its product page.
- If it doesn't load, confirm the JAR is in the right mods folder for the launcher and version you chose.
- Bedrock Edition, mobile, and console can't run Java Edition mods or packs — for a port or custom variant, request a commission.
